Actually have incredibly remarkable long-term memory ability but as far as determining short-term loss, don't know if that's possible. People who have trouble w/short term memory usually don't know because they can't remember even if people tell them.
Do suffer from anxiety though which caused serious memory problems years ago. Also have 12-hr? headaches starting around 3 AM (about twice a week), inability to heal from broken bones/wounds for months or years, & extreme exhaustion!
