A chemo agent aimed at stopping cell division--such as methotrexate, 5-fluorouracil, 6-mercaptopurine, cytarabine--will stop SOME cancerous cells from dividing, though some may persist dividing abnormally. and chemo agents aimed at stopping cell division will also stop some non-cancerous cells from dividing at their normal rate (e.g. hair cells).

you should have explained on how to avoid cancer. Yes I know it sounds like it can't be cured, but over 30% of causes leading to cancer are poor dietary habits. Most people don't even think that diets have anything to do with cancer, however it is basically almost proven.
