That seems to be a subjective matter. A lot of people aren't happy with socialized health-care systems. I think that, if you end up having good experiences with health-care, you feel positive about it. But it seems that there are a lot of people who aren't being effectively served by socialized health-care, who either can't get seen, can't get diagnosed, or can't see the specialists that they need to.
I'd like to have a choice other than the state, or some health insurance co.

i live in the UK. social healthcare is terrible. we pay huge tax and we get poor service because we are not allowed to choose which hospital we can go to.
the governemnt has conmplete control. costs are increasing each year. It costs more then £100billion each year to run the health system in the UK!
if a woman is having a baby the hospital can tell you to go to your local hospital instead of the better cleaner hospital in the city!

Everyone has the option of buying insurance OR paying a slightly higher tax.
Right now, everyone with sufficient income has to pay tax in order for the nation to pay for such things as the military.
The same with h.c. The only difference with h.c. is that you have the option of purchasing private h.c. insurance if you don't want to pay the tax.
