The shot did help me quite a bit and physio has helped me regain quite a bit of range of motion, but I expect the surgery in 1 -2 months. You are right, Xray won't show the full extent of the injury. I was in much the same boat as you for the first few months after my surgery until I convinced my Dr to send me to a specialist. Best of luck.

You can walk with crutches the second day after operation, well, not that you can, you must hehe :) The scar is as big as it is, someone has smaller, someone bigger, but you can find things in pharmacy that helps you with that.
Sorry again, but health and "no pain" is more important than apperance, if you don't know that yet, mabie your knee is not so bad after all.

The U.S. Department of Health, FDA and other health organization refuse to do any research on anything that will not significantly profit them. Dont believe me check it out for yourself. Many people have gone to these organizations with hard proof that their conditions have been cured by alternative means but they do not listen or do any research.

Yes Dr. young broke the law but what they did not tell you in this article is how he helped the women overcome their illness. Is it wrong to help people? Chiropractic when through the same thing, it used to be illegal now it is legal profession and was given the title of Doctor. All things new that work better than conventional means are shunned in the beginning.

Do you believe everything you read? Live blood analysis is actually a helpful toll but it is not really needed. Diet and supplements can be accurately recommended with out it but it dose help people to realize just how unhealthy they are.

It is not my work and yes it is published.About 20 years ago Dr. Robert Young discovered that the underling cause of all disease is acid and alkalizing the body can reverse and prevent just about any health condition. Since his discovery thousands of people all over the world have overcome many different types of health conditions. Conventional medicine will never use it because they cannot make money off of it.
